For weddings 30–90 days away
Right now, your wedding runs on information only you have.
The Wedding Day Handover turns the decisions you have already made into a run sheet, a supplier handover and a single page for every person helping — so the day can move without every question coming back to you.
Instant download· One-time payment· No subscription· 14 days to change your mind
An organising tool. It does not replace a professional coordinator, venue rules or supplier contracts.
You have decided almost everything. Now five people want it in writing.
- The venue wants the final running order.
- The photographer wants the family photo list, with names.
- The caterer wants final numbers and the dietary list.
- The DJ wants to know when the speeches finish.
- Your mother-in-law wants to know what time to arrive, and where to park.
Every answer exists. It is in an email, a contract, a WhatsApp thread, or a decision you made in the car three weeks ago and never wrote down.
That is the gap this closes.
What it is
A finishing system for the last thirty days.
- Not a twelve-month checklist. You are past that.
- Not a budget tracker. That work is done.
- Not inspiration. You have chosen.
One workbook, eight linked tabs, that takes what you have already decided and turns it into a plan other people can run without you.
The CLEAR Handover Method
Five steps, in order. The workbook walks you through each one.
Confirm the anchors
The times that cannot move: venue access, the registrar, the ceremony, the service call, the curfew.
Link the dependencies
What has to finish before the next thing can start. Chairs cannot go in until the arch is up.
Establish one owner
Every action gets a named person and a named backup. Not “someone will sort it”.
Add buffers and exceptions
What happens if the ceremony runs twenty minutes late — decided now, in writing, by name.
Release role packs
Each person receives one page. Only theirs.
The run sheet
Put in the times you have already confirmed. It does the rest.
You type 14:15 for the ceremony. The workbook works out that the block runs to 14:50, that the photographer is already booked somewhere else at 14:30, and that nobody has been named to walk the registrar to the snug room.
It does not invent your timeline. It builds it from the times your suppliers have already given you — and then it checks it.
Role packs
A verbal plan is not a delegated plan.
You can tell your maid of honour three times what she is doing. On the morning, she will still ask.
Choose her name. Her page assembles itself from the master plan: her times, her tasks, where to be, who to coordinate with, and what to do if something runs late. Save it as a PDF. Send it.
Do the same for the venue, the photographer, the caterer, the DJ and your dad. One plan. One page each. Nothing to keep in sync.
The checks
It tells you what is missing before the day does.
A free template stores what you type. This checks it.
- Two things booked on the same person at the same time
- A supplier with no day-of mobile number
- A task whose backup is the same person as the owner
- A hired item with nobody named to return it
- A Plan B scenario left half-finished
Each warning says what to fix, in a sentence. Not “error”. Not a red cell you have to decode.
Fit
Worth being honest about who this is for.
This is for you if
- The wedding is roughly 30 to 90 days away
- You organised most of it yourselves
- More than one person will be doing something on the day
- You have suppliers who need times, and family who need instructions
This is not for you if
- You have a full-service planner. They already do this.
- The day is very simple: one room, one supplier, thirty people.
- You want inspiration, styling or a budget tool.
- You want somebody to run the day for you. That is a coordinator, and for a complicated wedding you should hire one. This makes their job easier. It does not replace them.
What you get
Everything in the handover
- The Wedding Day Handover Workbook Eight linked tabs: anchors and constraints, suppliers, the master run sheet, people and roles, items and payments, Plan B, and role packs.
- The Wedding Day Handover Guide 26 pages, step by step, written for someone who does not like spreadsheets.
- The Wedding Week Communications Pack 15 pages of messages you can send as they are: the supplier timing request, the final plan release, the change-request protocol, the 48-hour lock, the morning-of check-in.
- Editable Message Templates The same messages as plain text, ready to paste into email or WhatsApp.
- The Family Photo Flow Planner 8 pages, so the group photographs take twenty minutes instead of fifty.
- The Wedding Day Closeout Pack 10 pages: payments, envelopes, cards and gifts, hired items, and who takes what home.
Once. No subscription. No account to
keep.
The files are yours, to keep and to print.
You are coordinating five or more suppliers and a day that cannot be run again. This is the cheapest part of it.
