REFUND POLICY

The Wedding Day Handover is a digital product. All 7 files are delivered instantly and automatically to your email after purchase.

Your right to cancel (UK/EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and equivalent EU law. This applies even if you have already downloaded the files.

To cancel, contact us at weddinghandover@outlook.com within 14 days of your purchase date, quoting your order number.

Refunds
Once your cancellation request is confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Faulty or incorrect files
If you receive a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file, or experience a technical issue with delivery, contact us at weddinghandover@outlook.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund, regardless of the 14-day period.

Accidental duplicate purchase
If you were charged more than once for the same order in error, contact us at weddinghandover@outlook.com and we will refund the duplicate charge.
